Everyone loves a great fairy tale rewrite right? Well it was enjoyable but the characters were all over the place. Ella was practically manic. One minute she is shy, the next she is forward and bold. Just not believable. I really wish Emily had developed the characters a bit more. Fortunately the book is not a total loss. Pick it up and give it a read. The storyline is great and a major plus for me was it was a clean read.

I'm totally hooked on the accidental series. They are fun and don't have too much angst to get thru before the HEA. Will continue reading whenever they come out! Loved it.
Had potential, but overall just fell short. It was enjoyable, but also lacked quite a bit. Its a quick read for people looking for something simple and easy.
I always enjoy a remake of Cinderella. This was classic and enjoyable. A secret, a crush, and finally a family in the know. Maybe not a typical Prince Charming, but family charming is always welcome.
This story was interesting. Truly a bad step mom and step dad, but it does work out in the end. I like to see a happy ending even though in real life they do not always come true. I like to think there is the possibility in patience and a bit of passion.
I love this series but for some reason I couldn't get into this one. I still recommend it if you enjoy the series though. I may try rereading it at some point.
This is a sweet, quick read that leaves you happy and satisfied. I enjoyed getting to know Ella and Hale and experiencing how Ella finds a prince in more ways than one. I would recommend this book to teens and anyone who loves a sweet but compelling story.
A cute, romantic story about a girl who falls into a somewhat unrealistic situation. A nice, easy read, and exactly the kind of relaxing "fluff" I was looking for. Simple and obvious plot with a happy ending. If you you're looking for an overly complex tale that keeps you guessing at every turn this is not the book for you, but if you find yourself looking for a cute romance to just relax with, look no further.
